WCL CMD J.P. Dwivedi will participate in MINExpo International 2024 in Las Vegas, USA

WCL CMD Shri J.P. Dwivedi will participate in MINExpo International 2024 organized from 24 to 29 September 2024 in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. This mine-expo focuses on the technology being used in mines and representatives from 20 countries will participate in it.

The important thing about this mine-expo is that it will include companies in the mining sector, research institutions and suppliers of this sector, so that information about the latest technology and research used in coal mining around the world can be obtained in this one program.

Sessions have been held on various aspects of coal gasification in this mine-expo. On September 30, 2024, Shri Dwivedi will participate as a speaker in the session organized on the topic 'Introduction to Coal India and Commercialization of Gasification in India'.

During this time, Shri J.P. Dwivedi will also participate in a study tour based on mine closure. This study tour has been organized in the Eastern Appalachia region of America. Shri Dwivedi has left for America.
