ACME Solar Bags 220 MW Solar + BESS Project in Madhya Pradesh at ₹2.764/unit

New Delhi February 10, 2026: ACME Solar Holdings Limited has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Limited (RUMSL) to set up a 220 MW Solar Power Project integrated with Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) at the Morena Solar Park in Madhya Pradesh.

The project is part of a 440 MW tariff-based competitive bidding (TBCB) tender floated by RUMSL, with the e-reverse auction conducted in September 2025. The awarded tariff for ACME Solar’s project stands at ₹2.764 per unit.

Integrated Solar + Storage Model

The project includes four hours of peak power supply daily, split equally between morning and evening peaks, with 95% annual availability and a maximum CUF of 35%.

• Evening peak energy will be sourced directly from the solar plant

• Morning peak energy will be supplied free of cost by the procurer during night hours

• Charging and dispatch will be aligned with grid demand patterns

RUMSL will provide land and evacuation infrastructure above 33 kV, significantly reducing execution risk for the developer.
