ACME Solar Commissions Additional 4 MW Wind Project in Gujarat
GURUGRAM – ACME Solar Holdings Limited has announced a further advancement in its renewable energy portfolio. Its subsidiary, ACME Eco Clean Energy Private Limited, has successfully commissioned an additional 4 MW of wind power capacity at its project site in Gujarat.
The new capacity is part of a larger 100 MW wind power project located at Village Titoda, Taluka Sayla, in the Surendranagar district. This update was officially communicated to the stock exchanges on December 24, 2025.

Operational Context
The project utilizes high-efficiency wind turbines and is a strategic component of ACME Solar's transition into a diversified renewable energy player. The energy generated is supplied under a long-term 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL), ensuring stable revenue for the company while supporting Gujarat’s clean energy targets.
This milestone follows a series of previous commissioning updates throughout October, November, and December 2025, highlighting the company's consistent execution of its project pipeline.
