Mumbai, February 12, 2026CESC Limited announced that its subsidiary, Purvah Green Power Private Limited, has been awarded a 250 MW ISTS-connected Wind Power Project by the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) under the Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (SECI-Tranche-XIX).

The Letter of Award (LOA) was formally acknowledged by Purvah Green Power, marking a significant step in CESC’s renewable energy expansion. The project entails the supply of wind-generated power at a tariff of Rs 3.69 per kWh, with a 25-year tenure from the scheduled commencement of supply.

This achievement aligns with India’s ongoing push for clean energy and CESC’s strategic focus on sustainable power generation. The project will contribute significantly to India’s renewable energy capacity while reinforcing CESC’s presence in the wind energy sector.
