PNC Infratech Ltd gets major contract from NHPC Ltd to set up 300 MW Solar Power Plant
PNC Infratech receives LoA from NHPC Ltd to set up a 300 MW solar project with 150 MW/600 MWh energy storage. PPA to run for 25 years with supply starting in 24 months.
PNC Infratech Ltd has received a Letter of Award from NHPC Ltd for the Project namely Setting up of 300 MW ISTS (Inter State Transmission System) connected Solar Power Plant with 150 MW/600 MWh Energy Storage Systems (ESS) under Tariff Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB).

PNC Infratech stood as one of the L1 bidders and secured the project through Tariff Based Competitive Bidding and on the basis of electronic (online) reverse action mechanism.
The Broad consideration of the contract is Rs 3.13 kWh.
The Scheduled Commencement of Supply Date (SCSD) shall be 24 (Twenty-Four) months from the Effective Date of PPA Power Purchase Agreement.
While PPA (operation period) shall be for a period of 25 (Twenty-Five) years from the SCSD.
Shares of NHPC Ltd were closed at Rs 82.10, down by 3.54% at BSE.
