The iconic KGF Complex, one of Asia’s largest earth-moving manufacturing facilities, served as the vibrant center of the celebrations. Shri Shantanu Roy , CMD, accompanied by madam CMD, Smt. Piyali Roy was warmly received by the KGF Complex Head and senior officials. Shri Roy unfurled the tricolor and addressed employees with an inspiring message, emphasizing the critical role of collaboration, inclusivity, and innovation in realizing BEML’s ambitious vision. He urged the workforce to
foster a culture of teamwork and knowledge-sharing, vital for achieving growth and excellence.

The occasion also marked the inauguration of key modern facilities at KGF, including the School of Structural Welding and a new machine at the EM Division. Shri Roy further celebrated the event by distributing welder qualification certificates and planting saplings, underscoring BEML’s commitment to skill development and environmental sustainability.
