Following the order wins, BEL has now won orders worth Rs 10,893 crore so far in the current financial year, which is still less than 50% of the company's full-year guidance.

State-owned Bharat Electronics Ltd announced that it has won new orders worth Rs 531 crore, since its previous disclosure on January 13 this year.
BEL said that the major orders that have been received since January 13 include advanced composite communication systems for ships, communication equipment, medical electronics, electro-optics, active radar homing heads for missiles, classroom jammers, spares, services, etc.
Following the order wins, BEL has now won orders worth Rs 10,893 crore so far in the current financial year, which is still less than 50% of the company's full-year guidance.
The PSU has been a new entrant to the Nifty 50 index and has guided for order inflow to the tune of Rs 25,000 for the current financial year.
Shares of Bharat Electronics ended 1.7% lower on Tuesday at Rs 258.5, having briefly recovered during market hours after the order win announcement. The stock has corrected close to 20% from its recent peak of Rs 340.
