The Bank would like to inform you that Mr. Santosh G. Nair, Head - Consumer Lending & Mortgages, has tendered his resignation from the services of the Bank, vide e-mail dated September 06, 2025, with immediate effect, for better opportunities, according to the exchange filing.

Mr. Nair started his career at Kotak Mahindra Primas and subsequently also had stints at Citicorp Maruti Finance and American Express Bank.
