BHEL Announces Superannuation of Executive Director Alok Kumar Singhal

New Delhi, January 25, 2026: State-owned engineering major Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has informed stock exchanges about a change in its senior management following the superannuation of Shri Alok Kumar Singhal, Executive Director (CFP).

In a regulatory filing submitted to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, BHEL stated that Shri Singhal retired from the services of the company on January 24, 2026.

Shri Alok Kumar Singhal was serving as Executive Director (CFP) and was stationed at New Delhi. His superannuation marks the conclusion of his tenure with the Maharatna PSU.

The disclosure was made in compliance with SEBI’s listing regulations to ensure transparency and timely communication with investors and stakeholders.
