BHEL Appoints Navin Kaul as Head of Power Sector Marketing
BHEL appoints Navin Kaul as General Manager & Head of Power Sector Marketing, effective December 15, 2025, strengthening its senior management team.
State-owned engineering major Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has announced a change in its senior management with the appointment of Shri Navin Kaul as General Manager & Head (Power Sector–Marketing) under Power Sector – Business Group I (PS-BG I), New Delhi, effective 15 December 2025.
The appointment has been made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and has been duly intimated to the stock exchanges.
In his new role, Shri Navin Kaul will head the Power Sector Marketing function and will report to the Director (Power) of BHEL.
An experienced BHEL professional, Shri Kaul is a BE in Electronics & Communication Engineering and joined BHEL on 9 July 1992. With over 33 years of service, he brings extensive experience and domain knowledge in the power sector to his new leadership role.
The appointment is expected to further strengthen BHEL’s marketing strategy and execution in the power sector amid evolving industry dynamics.
