New Delhi, March 19, 2026: Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), a Government of India Undertaking, has announced that Shri Krishna Kumar Thakur (DIN: 10172666) has relinquished his charge as Director (Human Resources) of the company with effect from 19th March 2026 (forenoon).

This move follows the Ministry of Heavy Industries (MHI) Order No. 1(4)/2019-PE-XI/CPSE.1 dated 18th March 2026, approving Shri Thakur’s appointment as Director (Personnel) at NMDC Limited.

In line with the official directive, the additional charge of Director (Human Resources) at BHEL has been entrusted to Shri Tajinder Gupta, Director (Power), effective 19th March 2026 (forenoon).
