BHEL Executive Director K. Bharaneedhar Raja Superannuates from Service
BHEL announces the superannuation of Shri K. Bharaneedhar Raja, Executive Director (HPEP), Hyderabad, effective November 24, 2025, as per SEBI regulations.
New Delhi: Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has announced a change in its senior management team as one of its key executives has superannuated (retired) from the company's services.
In a regulatory filing submitted to the stock exchanges today, BHEL confirmed the retirement of Shri K. Bharaneedhar Raja, who held the significant position of Executive Director (HPEP) based in Hyderabad. His retirement took effect yesterday, November 24, 2025.
The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, which mandates companies to promptly inform the stock exchanges about material changes in their senior leadership.
Shri Raja's departure marks a transition in the leadership of the Hyderabad division (HPEP). BHEL, a major public sector engineering and manufacturing company, thanked Shri Raja for his years of service to the company.
