New Delhi: Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has filed a commercial suit before the Bengaluru Commercial Court seeking recovery of outstanding dues from Raichur Power Corporation Limited.

Dispute Over Yeramaras Thermal Power Project

According to the company’s regulatory disclosure, the legal action relates to unpaid dues under a contract for supply and services for the 2×800 MW units and associated works at the Yeramaras Thermal Power Station.

Claim Amount

BHEL has filed a claim seeking recovery of ₹143.21 crore from Raichur Power Corporation Ltd. The filing was made under Regulation 30(4) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, which requires disclosure of material litigation.
