BHEL Invites Bids for Lifting Beam for JSW Dolvi Project
Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has invited bids on the GeM portal for the supply of a 650 KN capacity lifting beam for the JSW Dolvi Project, in accordance with BHEL Specification ST08007, Variant IX, Revision 02, with delivery scheduled by 28 June 2026.

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has invited bids on the GeM portal for the supply of a 650 KN capacity lifting beam for the JSW Dolvi Project, in accordance with BHEL Specification ST08007, Variant IX, Revision 02, with delivery scheduled by 28 June 2026.
The scope includes manufacture and supply on a FOR destination basis, with prices remaining firm and evaluation based on total landed cost. Technical documents must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase order, and dispatch will be allowed only after inspection approval and issuance of MDCC by BHEL or its nominated agency.
Payment will be released post-delivery, with timelines of 45 days for Micro & Small Enterprises, 60 days for Medium Enterprises, and 90 days for non-MSMEs. The lifting beam will carry a warranty of 18 months from delivery or 12 months from commissioning, and delays will attract liquidated damages up to 10% of contract value. The tender follows Make in India and MSE purchase preference norms, with disputes subject to Indian law and jurisdiction at Haridwar.
