New Delhi: Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has announced a major update in its senior leadership. The company has promoted 16 senior officials to the role of Executive Director (ED), which is just one level below the Board of Directors.

The announcement was shared with the stock exchanges as part of SEBI’s listing rules. All promotions took effect on 10 December 2025, and the newly appointed Executive Directors will begin their responsibilities as per BHEL’s service guidelines.
