CoalMitra: Coal India launches WhatsApp CHATBOT
New Delhi: Shri Pramod Agarwal, Chairman, Coal India Limited, launched the corporate WhatsApp chatbot of Coal India Ltd, named "CoalMitra."
The Chatbot in CIL will be initially used as a “Samvaad WhatsApp Bot”, to address grievances and suggestions, to track vendor bills through the “Vendor Bill Status” and retired employees can also use it to download forms to address benefits through “Retiree’s Benefit.”
