Extension of Deputation Term for Shri Om Prakash Yadav at RLDA
Shri Om Prakash Yadav, IRAS, has had his deputation term to the Railway Land Development Authority (RLDA) as General Manager (Finance & Accounts) extended until 27 November 2027.
New Delhi — The Ministry of Railways has approved an extension of the deputation of Shri Om Prakash Yadav, IRAS, formerly Professor (Finance & Accounts) at the Indian Railways Institute of Transport Management (IRITM), Lucknow, to the Railway Land Development Authority (RLDA) as General Manager (Finance & Accounts) at Delhi.
The extension covers the 4th and 5th years of his deputation, extending his tenure up to 27 November 2027 or until further orders, whichever comes earlier. The decision has been issued with the vetting of the Finance Directorate of the Ministry of Railways.
Shri Om Prakash Yadav, born on 27 March 1976 and part of the 2006 IRAS batch, will continue to hold responsibilities at RLDA under the same terms and conditions as before.
The communication further states that if the officer does not return to Railway service within one month of completing his deputation, it will be considered that he has resigned from Railway service. During deputation, all repatriation, vigilance, and clearance procedures must be forwarded along with the relieving order to the concerned sections of the Railway Board.
Copies of the order have been forwarded to the Principal Director of Audit, Northern Railway; Dy. Comptroller & Auditor General of India (Railways); Northern Railway management; and RLDA leadership, among others.
