GAIL Concludes 18th Knowledge & Experience Sharing Seminar at Noida

Noida: The 18th Knowledge and Experience Sharing Seminar of GAIL (India) Limited concluded at the GAIL Training Institute, Noida, reaffirming the company’s strong commitment to learning, innovation, and professional excellence.

The seminar was inaugurated on 9th February 2026 by Shri Sandeep Kumar Gupta, Chairman & Managing Director of GAIL. The two-day event, held on 9th and 10th February 2026, witnessed enthusiastic participation from executives across the country, reflecting the organization’s culture of knowledge exchange and continuous improvement.

A total of 158 technical and management papers were submitted from various business verticals of GAIL. Following a rigorous evaluation process, around 20 papers were shortlisted for presentation during the seminar.

The valedictory session held on 10th February 2026 was graced by Shri Deepak Gupta, Director (Projects), as the Chief Guest. Addressing the participants, he appreciated the quality of research and innovative ideas presented and emphasized the importance of knowledge-sharing initiatives in strengthening organizational capabilities.
