The tenure of Shri Gowri Sankara Rao Naramsetti as Director (Finance) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company will cease to exist with effect from June 1, 2025, the filing stated.
MIDHANI (Mishra Dhatu Nigam Ltd) bids farewell to Shri Gowri Sankara Rao as he will be superannuated from the company on 1 June, 2025.

He also holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from Andhra University in 1985. He started his career by joining Hyderabad Cylinders Private Limited, Hyderabad in 1989.
Thereafter, in 1991 he joined Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL), VSP as Junior Manager (F&A) and was elevated to General Manager (F&A) before joining MIDHANI. He assumed charge as Director (Finance) in MIDHANI w.e.f. 27.10.2020.
