Kochi: Cochin Shipyard Limited has informed stock exchanges that the additional charge of the post of Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) has been extended to Shri Jose V J, Director (Finance), for a further period of three months.

The decision ensures continuity in senior leadership at the company until a regular CMD is appointed or further orders are issued.

 

Stock Exchange Filing

The company has submitted the update to both the National Stock Exchange of India and the BSE Limited in accordance with SEBI (LODR) disclosure requirements.

The extension is effective from May 01, 2026, and will continue until further notice.

Shri Jose V J serves as Director (Finance) of Cochin Shipyard Limited and is currently holding the additional charge of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD).
