BCCL CMD Pushes for Timely Targets, Zero Compromise on Quality in GM Meeting

Dhanbad, June 1, 2026: Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL) held a General Manager coordination meeting at its headquarters, Coal Bhawan, under the chairmanship of CMD Shri Manoj Kumar Agarwal.

The meeting was attended by senior officials including Directors (HR, Technical Operations, Projects & Planning, and Finance), DIG CISF Shri J.K. Tiwari, general managers from all operational areas, and departmental heads.

Key areas reviewed during the meeting included coal production, dispatch performance, quality control, stock management, and safety systems across BCCL operations.

The CMD emphasized the importance of maintaining production continuity, ensuring strict adherence to safety standards, and achieving targets within set timelines. He also stressed zero compromise on quality and the need for coordinated efforts and accountability across all departments.

The meeting concluded with a focus on improving operational efficiency and strengthening safety compliance across all mining areas.
