Hindustan Zinc Commits Rs 85 Crore for Heritage Corridor Development in Rajasthan

NEW DELHI: Hindustan Zinc Ltd (HZL), part of the Vedanta Group, has signed a Rs 85 crore agreement with the Rajasthan Heritage Authority to support the development of a heritage corridor in the state.

The initiative focuses on restoring historical sites and improving related infrastructure. The project will create botanical gardens, horticulture areas, visitor accommodations, and designated complexes and pathways to enhance access and experience.

The agreement lasts three years. During this time, HZL will fund the project’s goals through its corporate social responsibility (CSR) program.
