HUDCO Extends Chief Risk Officer Madhu Nagrani’s Tenure Till March 2027
New Delhi: Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) has announced the extension of the tenure of its Chief Risk Officer (CRO), Smt. Madhu Nagrani, for a further period of one year.
According to an official filing dated February 17, 2026, the extension will be effective from March 1, 2026, in compliance with the Reserve Bank of India (Non-Banking Financial Companies – Governance) Directions.
Smt. Madhu Nagrani currently serves as General Manager (Finance) at HUDCO and will continue in her role as Chief Risk Officer to oversee risk governance and regulatory compliance within the organization.
