New Delhi: Indian Oil Corporation Limited has informed stock exchanges about the cessation of Esha Srivastava as Government Nominee Director following completion of her central deputation tenure.

The change took effect on April 20, 2026, after she completed her tenure in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas.

 

Regulatory Disclosure

The company submitted the update to both the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Ltd. in compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
