New Delhi, January 10, 2026: Indian Oil Corporation Limited has carried out a major leadership restructuring by promoting 19 senior officials to the rank of Senior Management Personnel. The appointments were disclosed under SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements, reflecting the company’s effort to strengthen its management structure at a time of rapid business transformation.

The development comes as Indian Oil expands its refining footprint and accelerates its transition towards cleaner energy solutions.

List of key appointments

Manas Ranjan Dwibedy has been appointed Executive Director, Health Safety and Environment.

Prakash Abraham becomes Executive Director, Employee Relations.

Sanjib Biswas is named Director, Marketing Operations LPG.

G R K Murthy is appointed Executive Director, Projects.

R R Raje takes charge as Executive Director, Human Resources.
