IndianOil Bids Farewell to ED (HR) Dr Mukesh Ranjan Das After 36 Years of Service

Indian Oil Corporation Limited has bid farewell to Dr Mukesh Ranjan Das, Executive Director (Human Resources), as he concludes a distinguished career spanning over 36 years with the organisation.

Dr Das’s journey at IndianOil has been defined by his strong belief in empowering people through education, learning and meaningful human relationships. During his tenure in the Human Resources function, he played a pivotal role in strengthening IndianOil’s learning and development ecosystem.

He led the rollout of digital learning initiatives and was instrumental in designing the pan-corporate training architecture for middle and senior management, ensuring structured leadership development across the organisation. His contributions also include championing flagship leadership programmes such as Hansa, Nirman and Shikhar, which have helped nurture future-ready leaders within IndianOil.

Widely respected for his intellect, empathy and people-centric approach, Dr Das has been a mentor to many across the organisation. In recognition of his broader societal engagement, he was also honoured as an Ambassador of Social Chess by the International Chess Federation (FIDE).

IndianOil expressed its deep appreciation for Dr Das’s contributions to building a strong, capable and values-driven workforce, and extended its best wishes as he embarks on the next chapter of his life.
