Indraprastha Gas Initiates Postal Ballot to Approve Appointment of Raj Kumar Dubey as Director
New Delhi. Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL), one of India’s top natural gas distribution companies, has announced the start of a Postal Ballot process. The company seeks shareholder approval to appoint Shri Raj Kumar Dubey as Director. The ballot will be conducted entirely through electronic voting, following current SEBI and Ministry of Corporate Affairs guidelines.
The e-voting window opens on June 26, 2025, at 09:00 IST and will stay open until July 25, 2025, at 17:30 IST. The results are expected to be announced on or before July 29, 2025.
Raj Kumar Dubey is a skilled leader currently serving as Director (HR) at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL). He was previously appointed by the IGL board as an Additional Director and Non-Executive Chairman, effective May 1, 2025. This postal ballot aims to secure shareholder approval for that appointment.
