New Delhi, March 6, 2026: Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) announced that the tenure of its Independent Directors, Smt. Rohini Rawat (DIN: 10064820) and Shri Ram Nihal Nishad (DIN: 10064841), concluded on March 5, 2026. This is in accordance with the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy’s order dated March 6, 2023.
The completion of their term marks the end of their formal association as Part-time Non-Official (Independent) Directors of the company, effective March 6, 2026. The announcement was made to both BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
