IRFC Announces Senior Management Changes; Verma to Retire, Sahay Likely Successor
Indian Railway Finance Corporation's board reports key leadership changes as Director (Finance) Shelly Verma retires on April 30, 2025, with Randhir Sahay expected to succeed her.

New Delhi: The Board of Indian Railway Finance Corporation has announced significant changes in the senior management of Board of Directors. Ms. Shelly Verma who is currently serving as Director (Finance) will be superannuated on 30.04.2025. Meanwhile, the new charge holder is speculated to be assigned to Shri Randhir Sahay, as per the provisional sources.

Ministry of Railways (MoR), Government of India has declared that the post of Director (Finance), Indian Railway Finance Corporation Ltd. (IRFC) will fall vacant on 01.05.25 with the superannuation of the present incumbent Ms. Shelly Verma on 30.04.25, her date of birth being 13.04.65, as per the exchange filing made.

In addition, the company is making the required disclosures and finishing the appointment procedures, which will be submitted when the time comes.
