Mazagon Dock Wins ₹118 Crore AI-Based Security Project from MSETCL
Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited has secured a major order from Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Co. Ltd. (MSETCL) for an AI-based Comprehensive Infrasecure Project.
The Purchase Order covers the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of the AI-based system for five substations. The total order value stands at ₹117,99,71,564.90 (approximately ₹118 crore), inclusive of GST at 18% and other duties.
The project is to be completed within 24 months. It is a domestic order awarded by a domestic entity. The company has confirmed that the promoter or promoter group has no interest in the awarding entity and that the transaction does not fall under related-party transactions.
The disclosure was made to the stock exchanges under the applicable SEBI regulations.
