More than 30 NCL supervisors attended Structural Training Programme

New Delhi: Northern Coalfields Limited organized a Structural Training Programme for Frontline Supervisors (Mining/Excavation/E&M) at CETI, Singrauli. The Training was organized from 27th January to 1 February 2025 in which IMME, Kolkata Faculty members- Sri K. D. Prasad, Ex-GM (Mining), MCL, and Sri Bhola Prasad Singh, Ex-Chief Manager (Mining), TATA Steel Ltd. provided valuable insights to the attendees.

The training covered a range of essential topics, including duties and responsibilities of frontline supervisors, effective supervision techniques, causes, investigation, prevention, and control of mine accidents, the importance of medical surveillance, Communication skills, ethics, mines act and regulations and DGMS technical circulars, safety hazards, time & environmental management and insights from national safety conferences etc.

More than 30 supervisors from all Areas/Units of NCL attended the training program.
