Datania Dineshbhai Ramjibhai appointed as Non-Official Director of HMT Ltd
HMT Ltd has approved the appointment of Datania Dineshbhai Ramjibhai as Non-Official Director on the Board of Directors of HMT Limited for a period of three years.
The Competent Authority of the HMT Ltd has approved the appointment of Shri. Datania Dineshbhai Ramjibhai (alias Shri. Dataniya Dineshbhai Ramjibhai) as Non-Official Director on the Board of Directors of HMT Limited for a period of three years from the date of notification of his appointment or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Further, as per the exchange filing the Company is taking necessary action to complete the appointment formalities in compliance with provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and requisite disclosures in this regard will be submitted in due course.
