New Delhi: Shares of state-owned National Fertilizers Ltd (NFL) are in focus as the Board of the company has announced that declare the financial results for the first quarter of FY26.

The Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held at Noida (Uttar Pradesh) on Thursday, 14th August, 2025 inter-alia to:

 (a) Consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025, after these results are reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Board;

(b) Consider the recommendation of Final Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2024-25.

Further, the company has informed that the trading volume shall remain closed from 1st July, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025.

Shares of NFL are closed at Rs 93.00, down by 2.39% at BSE.  According to analyst Trendlyne the stock has declared 20 dividends since Sept. 15, 2003. In the past 12 months, National Fertilisers Ltd. has declared an equity dividend amounting to Rs 0.27 per share.

At the current share price of Rs 92.7800, National Fertilisers Ltd.'s dividend yield is 0.29%.
