NBCC, HSCL presented dividend cheques to Govt

New Delhi, September 30, 2025: Shri K.P. Mahadevaswamy, Chairman & Managing Director, NBCC, and Chairman, HSCL, formally presented dividend cheques to Shri Manohar Lal, Hon’ble Union Minister of Housing & Urban Affairs and Power. 

NBCC (India) Ltd., a Navratna CPSE, contributed Rs 23.34 crore as Final Dividend for FY 2024–25 and Rs 35.01 crore as Interim Dividend for FY 2025–26, while its subsidiary HSCL, a Miniratna CPSE under MoHUA, contributed Rs 11.25 crore and Rs 2.19 crore, respectively, taking the total dividend payout to Rs 71.79 crore.

On this occasion, NBCC’s Functional Directors, Shri Saleem Ahmad, Director (Projects), and Shri Anjeev Kumar Jain, Director (Finance), along with senior officials from NBCC and HSCL, were also present.
