NFL 51st AGM, declared dividend of Rs. 1.56 per share

Noida, 29th September, 2025: 51st Annual General Meeting of National Fertilizers Limited was held on 29th September, 2025 through Video Conferencing / other audio-visual means.

Dr. U. Saravanan, C&MD addressed the shareholders on the occasion and replied to their queries. He also shared information on new initiatives and growth plans of the company.

The company declared a dividend of Rs.1.56 per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.

Dr. U. Saravanan, Chairman & Managing Director chaired the proceedings of the Meeting. The Chairman called the meeting to order as the requisite quorum was present in terms of the Companies Act , 2013 read with Circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
