Shri Arman Singh Patel, IRSE, has been appointed on deputation as Joint General Manager/Civil at Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) for a three-year tenure, as announced by the Ministry of Railways, Government of India.

New Delhi, 12 March 2026 – The Ministry of Railways, Government of India, has announced the deputation of Shri Arman Singh Patel (IRSE) to the Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) as Joint General Manager/Civil, Delhi.

Shri Patel, currently serving as DG I/W Civil at RLDA, Delhi, will assume the new responsibilities on deputation terms—receiving parent pay plus deputation allowance—for a period of three years, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. The tenure will be counted from his initial date of deputation to RLDA.

The appointment was formalized under Ministry of Railways Order No. 2026/E(O)II/7/4, with the officer being requested to be relieved by the concerned authorities to take up the assignment.

The deputation highlights strategic leadership strengthening at RLDA, which plays a critical role in railway land monetization, urban infrastructure development, and project execution across India.
