Gujarat Gas Limited Reappoints Ernst & Young LLP as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27
Gujarat Gas Limited (GGL), a GSPC Group Company and a Government of Gujarat undertaking, has announced the reappointment of M/s Ernst & Young LLP as its Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors during the meeting held on 12th March 2026.
This reappointment is in accordance with Regulation 30 and Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as well as the SEBI Master Circular dated 30th January 2026.
