AU Small Finance Bank Allots 1.33 Lakh Shares under ESOP Scheme
Mumbai, March 12, 2026 – AU Small Finance Bank Limited has announced the allotment of 1,33,465 equity shares of face value ₹10 each pursuant to the exercise of Employee Stock Options (ESOPs). The allotment was made under the bank’s ESOP 2016, 2018, 2020, and 2023 schemes in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
