SJVN Limited Independent Director Dr. Shashikant Jagannath Wani Steps Down

Shimla, 12 March 2026: SJVN Limited, a joint venture between the Government of India and the Government of Himachal Pradesh, has announced the cessation of Dr. Shashikant Jagannath Wani from the position of Independent Director, effective 12th March 2026. Dr. Wani has served as an Independent Director at SJVN Limited since 2023.

This change comes following the completion of his tenure and is in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, along with the SEBI Master Circular dated 30th January 2026.

In addition to his role at SJVN Limited, Dr. Wani currently holds the positions of:

• President & Director at Shri Sainath Education Society

• Director – Education at Shri Sadguru Vidya Vikas Sanstha

• Director at Dilawar Singh Dada Patpedhi
