ACME Solar Commissions Second Phase of 33.335 MW/160.51 MWh Battery Energy Storage System in
Gurugram: ACME Solar Holdings Limited (ASHL), through its wholly owned subsidiary ACME Sun Power Private Limited, has commissioned the second phase of 33.335 MW/160.51 MWh of its Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Project in Village Badi Sid, Tehsil Bap, Phalodi and Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The Commercial Operation Date (COD) for this phase is scheduled for 14 March 2026.
With this commissioning, ACME Sun Power has achieved a cumulative commissioned capacity of 66.67 MW / 320.99 MWh out of the total 300 MW / 1409.34 MWh planned for the BESS project.
The project is a critical step in strengthening renewable energy storage infrastructure in Rajasthan, supporting grid stability, energy reliability, and India’s transition toward sustainable energy solutions.
Rajesh Sodhi, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of ACME Solar, confirmed the milestone and requested the update be recorded by the stock exchanges.
