NBCC Completes CBI Housing Project in New Delhi | CISF-CBI MoU Signed
New Delhi: State-owned NBCC (India) Limited has successfully completed the construction of the CBI Housing Complex at Maidangarhi, New Delhi, marking another significant milestone in the company’s portfolio of government infrastructure projects.
The housing complex comprises 586 residential quarters and has been developed with a strong focus on sustainability and modern living standards. The project includes rainwater harvesting systems and solar power facilities, and it is designed to achieve a GRIHA 3-Star rating, reflecting NBCC’s commitment to environmentally responsible construction.

CISF and CBI Sign MoU for Takeover of Residential Units
In a key development following the project’s completion, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was recently signed between the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for the takeover of 534 newly constructed residential quarters at the Maidangarhi complex.
The MoU also covers the handover of additional facilities, including an NGO’s Mess/Club House and a Community Hall, further strengthening residential and community infrastructure at the site.
Dignitaries Attend MoU Signing Ceremony
The MoU signing ceremony was attended by senior officials from CBI and CISF, along with Shri K. P. Mahadevaswamy, Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD), NBCC (India) Limited, and other senior officers. Their presence highlighted the importance of the project and the collaborative efforts among the involved organizations.
