NBCC (India) concludes E-Auction of Residential Units at Aspire Leisure Valley, Greater Noida

New Delhi: Shares of NBCC (India) Ltd are in focus as the company has announced the e-auction of residential units at Aspire leisure valley at Greater Noida, UP.

NBCC Successfully concludes E-auction of residential units at Aspire leisure valley, (2 towers: Tower No 7 & 8) at Greater Noida (W), UP and Aspire Silicon City, Ph-IV (Tower No.05) at Sec-76, Noida, UP; Sub-Package4.

According to the exchange filing, NBCC (India) Limited has successfully sold 417 residential units at Aspire leisure valley, (2 towers: Tower No 7 & 8) at Gr. Noida (W), UP and Aspire Silicon City, Ph-IV (Tower No.05) at Sec-76, Noida, UP Sub-Package-4 through an e-auction at total sale value of approx. Rs. 1045.40 crores.

The e-auction news highlights significant success in selling residential units, particularly in Greater Noida, generating hundreds of crores in revenue, with major sales at Aspire Leisure Valley (around Rs 485 Cr in Dec 2025) and large-scale sales (over Rs 3200 Cr) to fund Amrapali project completion with strong demand for ready-to-move properties and bolstering NBCC's real estate segment.
