NBCC Bags ₹76.27 Crore Order from Dharanidhar University, Odisha

New Delhi, Feb, 23, 2026:  State-owned construction and project management company NBCC (India) Limited has secured a new work order worth approximately ₹76.27 crore (excluding GST) from Dharanidhar University, Keonjhar, Odisha.

The company disclosed the development in its stock exchange filing dated February 23, 2026.

Scope of Work

Under this contract, NBCC will undertake:

• Construction of an Academic Building

• Construction of a Hostel Building

• Development of other infrastructure facilities

• External development works

The project will be executed under the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) model and falls within the normal course of business of the company.

Regulatory Disclosure

The intimation was submitted to both:

• National Stock Exchange of India (NSE Symbol: NBCC/EQ)

• BSE Limited (Scrip Code: 534309)

NBCC clarified that:

• The order has been awarded by a domestic entity.

• There is no promoter or group company interest involved.

• The contract does not fall under related party transactions.

Strategic Significance

This order further strengthens NBCC’s footprint in the education infrastructure segment, particularly in eastern India. The development of academic and hostel facilities at Dharanidhar University is expected to enhance campus infrastructure and support higher education growth in Odisha.
