New Delhi, February 6, 2026: State-owned construction major NBCC (India) Limited has secured new work orders worth approximately ₹39.5 crore in the ordinary course of business, according to a regulatory filing made with stock exchanges on Thursday.
The newly awarded projects span defence infrastructure, power sector facilities, and urban public assets, strengthening NBCC’s presence across strategic and civic segments.
Key Work Orders Awarded to NBCC

₹20.35 crore – Defence Infrastructure Project:
NBCC has been appointed as Project Management Consultant (PMC) for the construction of a building with a clean room facility (Class 100,000) at Ordnance Factory Chandigarh. The facility will support Testing, Overhaul, and Maintenance (TOP) of INS-SIGMA 30 N, TISM, and other electro-optic devices. -
₹16.99 crore – Power Grid Office Renovation:
The company will undertake planning, designing, and execution for the facelifting and civil renovation of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited’s Regional Office located at Grid Bhawan, Rail Head Complex, Jammu. -
₹2.16 crore – Bharat Vandana Park, Delhi:
NBCC has also received a PMC assignment for interim Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support for Bharat Vandana Park in Sector-20, Dwarka, from the Delhi Development Authority (DDA).
Business Outlook
NBCC stated that all three contracts fall within its normal course of business. The fresh orders reinforce the company’s role as a key project management and infrastructure execution agency for government and public sector entities.
