Northern Coalfields Limited organized a 6-day “Supervisory Development Training Program” at CETI, Singrauli from 2nd to 7th September 2024. During the Program, Ex. Chief Manager (Mining) BCCL, Shri B. N. Chatterjee and Ex. Chief Manager (Excavation) CCL, Shri U. N. Singh provided valuable insights related to the functions and role of Supervisors, Mines Act and Rules, Coal Mine regulation-2017, DGMS Circulars, Safety Management Plan, Function and safety of HEMM, Occupational Safety & Health, Accident analysis, Enquiry & Prevention, Communication System etc.
