NFL to invest Rs 185 cr to revive FCIL’s Sindri unit
NEW DELHI.Feb 25,2016
National Fertilizer Ltd ( NFL ) announced that it has got in-principle approval
for equity participation in its joint venture (JV) with Fertilizer Corporation of
India (FCIL) to revive FCIL’s Sindri unit. In an interview with CNBC-TV18, Manoj
Mishra, CMD of NFL said that the company will have an equity participation of 11
percent which roughly translates to Rs 185 crore. He further said that NFL has
requested a 50 percent marketing right from the Sindri unit.
