Guwahati: First Board Meeting of Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL), with Oil India Limited (OIL) as the holding company, gets underway today at NRL Corporate Office, Guwahati under the chairmanship of CMD OIL Mr. SC Mishra in presence of MD NRL Mr. SK Barua and other NRL Board members including Directors of NRL and OIL and representative of Government of Assam.
The Board Meeting will be followed by a Joint Press Conference at 7 PM today where members of the media will be briefed on the historic event and the synergies the two companies will be bringing into the energy scenario of the Nation.
