NTPC–SAIL Power Company Limited (NSPCL) has invited tenders through Domestic Competitive Bidding for the construction of roads in the main plant area of Power Plant-III, NSPCL Bhilai. The work includes roads in front of the transformer yard, between the boiler & TG, and in front of the chimney, on a cost recovery basis.

The estimated value of the project is ₹1.57 crore, with a contract period of 8 months. Interested bidders can submit online bids via the SRM portal between January 5, 2026, and January 27, 2026, with bid opening scheduled on January 27, 2026, at 3:30 PM.

The tender requires bidders to meet financial and technical criteria, including:

  • Financial: Average annual turnover of at least ₹2.36 crore over the past three years.

  • Technical: Experience in executing civil construction work with concrete or RCC items within the last seven years, meeting specified thresholds of completed work orders.

Bidders are required to submit verified and certified documents from either their Statutory Auditors or specified Third-Party Inspection Agencies (TPIAs) to confirm their eligibility. The list of approved TPIAs includes companies such as SGS India, TUV Rheinland, Intertek India, among others.

This tender is open only to Class-I local suppliers under the Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) Order 2017, and bidders from countries sharing a land border with India must meet the Competent Authority registration requirement, where applicable.
