NTPC Green Energy Declares 158.4 MW Solar Capacity Commercial at Kadapa Project in Andhra Pradesh
New Delhi, February 20, 2026: NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL) has informed the stock exchanges that a part capacity of 158.4 MW out of the 250 MW Solar PV Project located in Andhra Pradesh has been declared commercial with effect from February 14, 2026. The declaration follows a certificate received from the Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) dated February 20, 2026.
Project Details:
The solar project is being developed by Ayana Kadapa Renewable Power Private Limited, which is a subsidiary of Ayana Renewable Power Pvt. Ltd. Ayana Renewable Power itself is a wholly owned subsidiary of ONGC NTPC Green Private Limited, a joint venture of NTPC Green Energy Limited.
