Two Executive Directors of NTPC Ltd Shri Sudip Nag and Shri Rajeev Akotkar have been superannuated on 31st July, 2025. Therefore, the company has announced changes in Senior Management of Board.
Shri Sudip Nag had vast experience from previous roles at NTPC Limited and NTPC - Corporate Centre. He holds a 2004 - 2005 PGDBM (OPERATIONS & FINANCE ) from Management Development Institute. The robust skill includes Power Generation, Power Systems, Commissioning, Commercial of Power Business, Efficiency of Power Generation and more.

Shri Rajeev Akotkar had joined NTPC Ltd on 05.09.1989 and has over 35.5 years of experience in the company. He has contributed to various functions, including Business Unit Head, Operation and Maintenance, Fuel Management and Ash Management Operation.
